Moving databases

Hello Everyone. We are planning to migrate from the H2 database to a MS SQL Server because we need to upgrade jira to the latest version.  What would be the best way to migrate the data between databases and how big do we need to make the MS SQL server ? Only 5 users have access to jira and we use it for project management.
