Moving story from WIP to To Do

Have 3 user stories that gave this error when I try to move them from work in process to to do .   They are all in the backlog and not tied into anything currently .   Each time I try to move I get org.ofbiz.core.entity error

as this is Jira cloud, there is not much you can do to investigate the problem more.

Are you on a paid plan? It is possible for you to contact Atlassian support directly?

You can check the workflow, whether there are some suspicious post functions/conditions/validators, but you will probably need Atlassian to provide you with more information.
