Multiple active sprints, overlapping for the same team

Please advise how we can work it out? Currently, some of the team member work in the current active sprint and other are working for the upcoming sprint which is not yet active.

Is it possible to activatet both sprint at the same time?

Please advise and appreciate to let me know how the team can do it without confusion in terms of our daily reporting. Thanks

Hi,

If you're using a recent version of Jira Software, you can use the parallel sprint feature which can be enabled globally to support sprints running at the same time.
