I am the administrator for a small non-profit with a small budget, and while I can log in to jira, my teammates cannot. We are logging in through our Microsoft accounts.
We have tried different browsers, we have tried private windows, we have tried several accounts.
Each time every other person in my team tries to log in, they get the spinning wheel of death which times out. They can log in to their main atlassian account, but not Jira, which I have given them access to.
How do I solve this problem? It's driving me crazy.
Have you gone over the number of users in the free plan? You may need to remove users to get back under the limit. However, I wouldn't have expected the spinning wheel of death, but a more useful error message.
