Need a help with Export and Import of data in JIRA

Hi ,

We have 3 methods of Jira project export currently :

1. Export Excel, but we cannot export comments or attachments in this format.
2. Export XML includes comments but cannot export attachments. This method takes a lot of time.
3. Export PDF format includes comments and attachments. Please check if it is possible to import PDF format to Azercell Jira. Also, it takes a lot of time.

Also there is 1 more option which is through backup Manager but it exports all the projects and we need project specific exports and also its in XML format , can this be imported? as we see only csv and json formats can be imported in JIRA

We wanted to know how complete project specific export can be done (including attachements, comments etc) which can be imported in other versions (like on-prem) of JIRA?

If your most important use case is to transfer data from one Jira instance to another, then you should use the official guides. There are guides for Data Center to Data Center, Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to DC and DC to Cloud.
