Need a user defined sort oder of Epic Status (NOT using ORDERBY ASC or DSEC)

project in ("Siteworks1", "Backoffice", "CustomerCare") AND status not in ("On Hold", Cancelled, Done) Order By --- This is where i need help to sort based on Status but with a particular order not just ASC or DESC.
I want to sort epics based on Planning, Ready To Start, In Works, Approval Queue, Ready To Launch.

am using this on Jira Structure or Jira Plan views.

There is no way to do a sort other than ascending or descending (logically, not just Jira)
