This is a huge request. You can achieve a part of your needs by using some the Jira's default gadgets like Sprint Burndown Chart gadget, Sprint Health gadget, Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget, Issue Statistics gadget or Pie Chart gadget.
But I'm afraid Jira's default gadgets are not enough for your needs. You'll need to search the Atlassian Marketplace for apps that offer additional gadgets.
