Hi everyone,

i have one requirement. we have created new filed called SLA Breach with values yes or no.

requirement is if an issue is not resolved with in 4hrs after creation then SLA Breach should be updated as yes automatically if resolved then it should be updated as No.

how can we do this? we dont have script runner plugin. can we do this from Automation?

Hello @CHINNAMUTHEVISAI.SATYANARAYANASHARMA ,

You can see the automation rule I created in the image below. It can be done with a simple if-else and jql condition.

i think instead of transition condition i think i need to add schedule, because its all about resolve. and it should check every issue that is not resolved with in 4 hours. am i correct?

however, if you add schedule, it will only work at certain times, but if you make the resolution field work in the specified status, automation will work as soon as this field changes. In this regard, you should choose the choice according to the needs of your operation
