I want to create an automation which will copy the comments having keyword "Test" from one ticket to another ticket. Kindly need the steps of automation.

Hi Shivani,

It's usually best that you give the rule a try and then ask for specific help instead of requesting someone else write the rule for you. 

Having said that, what will trigger the event? Schedule trigger? Something changes in the first issue like a comment is added?
