Need the count of tickets belonging to root project only without extended projects

Currently, I'm using the Count Leaves attribute in structure which displays the count of all items including the extensions made using extend option.

e.g my root project is "Project A" and post using extend (Add issues linked by Relates: ) It lists the other Projects as well as linked to the ticket which is fine.

But my intention is to add a column in the structure that will list only the count of tickets

in my root project "Project A".

Please Advise.
