To Do -> In progress-> Closed
From In progress to Closed, i have a transition screen where i have below fields,
and i have made all above fields as mandatory in validators.
But in the issue, when I clicked on Closed button, a screen pops up with only Log work and Impacted System. I am not able to update the resolution manually. Could you please help me here

Hi @Suvidhaa Subramani ,
Your screenshot does not show if the screen is really added to the transition or not.
Please share the full screenshot like below which shows the validator and the screen used.
Also from your screenshot, I see the screen name is "Non Resolution screen". Is this the correct screen ?

Yes. The screen name is NON Resolution screen where NON is the project key.

Hi @Suvidhaa Subramani ,
Go to project settings --> Fields. Copy the field configuration name.
Now go to Admin menu --> Issues --> Field configuration. Search for the copied Filed configuration and click Configure. Search for Resolution field and see if its hidden or not.
