New tickets have security level automatically set to "Customer" so we can't access

David Overoye March 21, 2022

Something seems to have happened today/recently.  We create a ticket, the ticket is created, but clicking on the ticket, it says "

You don't have access to this issue"

After further analysis it seems the security level is set to "Customer".  This is a setting we've never used and don't take advantage of - but somehow it is now being set and preventing us from accessing tickets.

Any idea why this is happening and how to remove this automatically applied security level?

well - resolved it - somehow under project settings -> issues -> security a handful of projects were changed to "Customer" security schema. Don't know how - but removed it from the default setting and all is working now..
