Next-Gen Jira - Parallel Sprints Not Working?

Can't seem to figure it out. Should be simple, have it checked off in Jira Software configuration but can't seem to start a new sprint.

Parallel sprints are not available in next-gen projects yet. There is an open request to add them, you can review and vote on it here: JSWCLOUD-17195
