No Quotes, Info Panel, etc. opitons in the Rich text editor

There are no options for Quotes, Info Panel, etc. in the Rich Text Editor.
May I know how to enhance it?

for quote you can switch to text in the editor and use: 

{quote}

your text to quote

{quote}

It will work perfectly... 

For others panel there is no option at all, but as a workaround you can use icons to display infos, errors or warnings : 

(i) (x) (!)
