Hello.
It's a worker in company.
Company documents have access through Jira or Confluence.
But I can't access anything.

I wanted to contact you through jirahelp, but I cannot contact this help site.
Unable to see any data. Please activate my account in my community.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a community of users of our own Atlassian products. We do not have any access to the Jira and Confluence systems that you access.

You will need to contact the owners of those systems to get help accessing them.

If you are unsure who to contact, try contacting the technical support organization of the company, or the person who told you that you should be accessing those systems.
