Not all issues types moved into next sprint

Hi - I closed a sprint yesterday and noticed that only some of the incomplete issue types (we have five different issue types) moved to the next sprint. That is, incomplete issue types A and B moved to the next sprint while incomplete issues types C, D, and E did not. All issue types are shown on the board. Does anyone have an idea what might be the cause?
