Hello, Good day. Is it possible for you to share the email domain of this user?

Thanks for the update. I have cleared the block from our end for one of the above email addresses. Please try to send the email now.

@Mohanraj Thangamuthu I may be having the same issue- please see my post, where there is an additional user with the same problem. It may be that my email address tom@grn.global has been blacklisted for some reason. Are you able to help?

Hi Tom, no your email is not blacklisted on our end. I confirmed it now. Thanks

Thank you. It doesn't solve my issue however, which is that I can't log in, and the forgotten password emails do not arrive (see other thread for detail). Can you help?

Thanks Tom, looks like you tried twice on March 25th and I can see both the emails are delivered from our end. Please check your spam and the email filter policy in your email server. Thanks

Thanks, Mohanraj. I have carefully reviewed all of my spam filters, and examined the configuration in our mailserver, as well as contacting our domain name registrar, and nobody can identify where the emails are going.

Please can you provide alternative options for authenticating me in order to change the email address? I still have access on my smartphone so I can create a card or something, or alternatively as the webmaster for grn.global I can create a page / add a DNS entry to demonstrate my ownership of the domain.

Hello Tom, As the email is getting delivered from our end, there is not much I can do from my end. Email verification is required for this process. Thanks

Thank you. Please will you specify as precisely as possible what the Sender's email address would be when it is received by my mail host?

Also, there are other people who are having trouble logging in on this post who I'm sure would appreciate your help.
