I need to receive notification when a specific client comment on some ticket, but on this sidebar I only have notifications form my teammate.
Currently I have email notification for those event but, would be good, that this new functionality (sidebar area) incorporate that notifications type.
There area some way to configure that?

Hi, without notifications about ServiceDesk Customers' comments the usability of the Notifications panel is very limited because it's still necessary to check e-mail notifications and/or Jira Mobile.
