One account - few users. Is that legal / allowed ?

Hello

can I allow few users login to the same Jira / Confluence account ?

Is that legal / possible ?

Hi, to add to what Lucas said, it's also going to be very hard from an audit perspective to see who has done what, to be able to assign issues and deal with responsibilities etc.

Having said that, we've created group accounts that forward the message on to its members due to the fact that e.g. JIRA currently doesn't have the notion of multiple assignees. It's fine.

Hello,

Yes, more than one person can share the same account, but they will share the passwords too, so this is not a good practice.
