Hello @Lin Zhang ,

1. First create the Atlassian account
Link: https://id.atlassian.com/signup

2. After successfully creation, you can than login for Jira software account.

Make Sure you have Atlassian account - To Atlassian create account - https://id.atlassian.com/ - You can you any valid email address
