Hi team,
I am unable to see the tickets "assigned to me" under Airbnb Accounts Payable > Queues. Could you help me please?
Hello @Paloma Santos
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
We are a community of users of our own Jira instances. We don't have access to yours. We can suggest things you can look at to try to debug the issue, but you may ultimately have to contact the administrators of that instance.
Based on the image you provided and the menus shown across the top you are accessing a self-hosted Jira instance, either Jira Server or Jira Data Center.
In such a system there is not a default menu option to show you the issues assigned to you.
You could create a filter to retrieve those issues and save that filter.
Under the Issues menu select Search For Issues.
If your screen looks like this, then use the Assignee field to select yourself and click the Search button.
If your screen looks like this:
...then type into that entry field:
Assignee = currentuser()
...and click the Search button.
That should provide you a list of issues assigned to you.
If you want to save that filter to reuse later, click on the Save As button.
To learn more about searching for issues refer to:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/searching-for-issues-939938681.html
That document is a reference for the latest version of Jira Data Center. You may need to change the version selection in the upper right corner to get the document that matches the Jira version you are using.
My apologies.
I see you are referring to a Jira Service Management project.
Queues are created by the Project Administrator. Check with that person to see if the Queue has been removed.

Welcome to the community!
It is possible that the queue has been removed or that a third-party add-on is restricting access.
I recommend checking with the project administrator to confirm whether the queue is still accessible from the agent access.
Best regards
Sam
