Option to delete work log on active ticket not available to project administrators.

I have added this user to every group for Jira with no change.  I have verified I can delete comments as expected.

Checking your screenshots, I noticed that you are using the new issue view of JIRA.

Unfortunately, the new issue view is still a beta feature on JIRA and it's missing some functionalities as the edit of worklog entries.

We have opened a feature request to implement this functionality here:

- As an user, I'd like to edit a work log in the new issue view as I could before Work log tab

Please, add yourself as a watcher and vote on the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any progress.

For now, you can use the classic view of JIRA to edit your worklog entries.
