Outlook emails into Jira issues missing tab

Hi, 

I am looking to copy Outlook emails into a related Jira issue automatically after some research I understand this could be done with Jiras inbuilt "email request" setting in each project but for some reason I am missing this tab in all projects. I have Site Admin privileges so I can't imagine it being a permission issue?

Hi @William Trebes , the "Details" view exists on CMP projects not TMP. With that said, I am unaware of any setting under the Details view for this. Please share where you are reading about this. Please note that Jira Service Management projects has "email requests" under project settings to define the email address for each project but not Jira. However, I am unaware of any configuration to control "copying emails" into issues. Can you further explain what you seek to achieve?

Hi Jack, we are using Jira and not Jira service management, it appears that these details are likely viewable only via jira service management projects and not jira projects. Perhaps I need to get a app for this to copy emails from outlook automatically into an issue in a project.
