I have a workflow that is used in a project. I wanted the exact same workflow in another project so copied it and changed the screens so that a new field would appear when the issues are closed. So I've made that change but now when I select the transition, the page does not refresh to show the new status. It shows the old status grayed out.
So I recreated the workflow. Same problem. It appears that the new field is causing a problem, but I don't understand why or how to fix it. Also, if I have screens associated with the create, edit and view functions, is there any reason why I cannot use a different screen when closing the ticket through the workflow??
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
@JJ Check the post functions on each transition and make sure that they match. Sounds like an event is not firing which is needed to complete the transition. Can you also share what the field is that you added, is it a custom field?
