Permission to Start or End a Sprint

Is there a way to control who has permissions to create, edit, start or end sprints?

Hello Jeff,

As stated on this page from our official documentation, only users with "Administer Project" permission on the Projects that the sprint belongs to will be able to start/end sprints.
