Dear all,
is there a possibility to restrict the execution of the workload report to one's specific user ?
It would be great if there is a possibility to restrict one user group only to be able to see one's own workload while another user group (e.g. project managers) have access to all users workload.
Regards,
Jan
Hi @Jan-Niklas Staffa ,
Jira's native workload report should not support user query permissions based on roles, but you can use some plug-ins to complete similar functional splits, such as Tempo Timesheets-Time Tracking & Reports
Hi Olie,
see, it is early in the morning - we have Timesheet Reports and Gadgets. (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/294/timesheet-reports-and-gadgets?hosting=server&tab=support)
I guess it can be controlled with the field "Timesheet auditors groups". The documentation does not clearly state that if the user is not in one of those groups, that he can see only his workload.
Guess i need to test that.
Regards,
Jan

Hi @Jan-Niklas Staffa ,
I did not install this plug-in, but I saw the following description in the help doc.
Timesheet Restricted Groups
This options allows to restrict visibility of other users worked hours to same group members. Users in the selected groups will see worked hours of other users in the same group only.
