Permissions issue

Hi

I have transferred ownership of a board and I am now the Admin. I can do all the behind-the-scenes stuff like creating workflows, changing board settings etc. When I go to change the default filter of the board the ownership is with someone else. I cannot save any edits on the filter as the save option is missing. The owner of the filter is another person in the business who has left. What do I need to do to make myself the owner?

Only a Jira administrator can set you as the owner of the filter or add you as an editor of the filter.

Via the settings option (cog wheel) , open the System option and then the option Filters, find the related filter and take ownership on the filter
