Plugin Compatibility 10.2.3 and 10.3.3

I need a list of all the plugins that are compatible with 10.2.3 and 10.3.3. Where do i find that? we plan to upgrade to one of the mention version

Compatibility is organized the other way around: You enter the Atlassian Market place and search for the app you need, then look for the compatibility.
