We are using Jira service desk cloud,
I created a screen for customers with different fields. In that, we have a priority field.
When customer raising the ticket most of the time they select Priority as highest
I want to configure a field called "Why Highest" and that field auto pop up when they select priority Highest for other priority the "Why Highest" field should not pop up
Please guide me on how to configure that
Jira doesn't support popups currently. However you can achieve what you are looking for (within this "version" of cloud) using Forms https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-forms-in-jira-service-management/
With forms you can hide/show fields based on selection from another field. So if a customer chooses "highest" priority, then you can make a new text field appear in which they will have to describe why this ticket should have the highest priority.
