Portal group

Hi,

I have been trying to find an answer but to no success.

A user asked me if its possible to move a portal group from its default page and add it to the main page where all other portals are but stay in the same project. Is it possible? 

So we want the portal to be visible here: ourcompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
but now its here
ourcompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/13/

I hope my question is clear enough!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The short answer is No, it is not possible to move a portal group to help center where all your portals are shown.  

Portal groups are used to organize your request types and make it easier for customers to find what they need. Request types are project-specific and cannot be transferred across different projects. If necessary, you will have to manually recreate the request type in the new project and organize them in the portal group.
