Post function to close the Jira once its created

Hi Team,

I would like to know if its possible to set Post function to close the Jira right after its created? Asking as avoid to use Automation, so any other suggestions are welcome.

I don't understand the use case...

but the first idea that comes to my mind is using a "workflow" that contains only one status "Closed". :-)

What is the purpose of this request, why would you close and new created issue directly?

And ootb this can't be done, but with workflow marketplaces apps like: JWT, JMWE or JSU
