We can't get past the pre-migration check. The last time we did a migration successfully was 11/11/23 using JCMA 1.10.5. With 1.10.11 we can't get past the pre-migration check and aren't sure why.
We saw this page and our administrator doesn't think this is the issue. Anyone else know why this is happening? We tried using the 1.10.5 version and added the dark feature to ignore older versions, but still, it looks like it's still using the 1.10.11 version since we're getting the same result.

The migration assistant requires a number of URL's to be whitelisted (1) and it seems as if the JMCA can't connect to your cloud site, which would explain the grey checks that are failing.
I would recommend you to create a ticket with migration support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact - as Atlassian is hosting your cloud site, they can check behind the scenes if there's anything wrong on that end and provide you with assistance on what needs to be whitelisted (if that is the issue).

Thanks! I've submitted a ticket. I don't think it's the URLs since we've been successful in the past with 1.10.5 in November 2023. There have been five new JCMA versions since, so maybe now they have to be whitelisted - not sure.
