How can we change priority of a Jira ticket, and how can we set priority while raising a request.
Hi @Shreeparna Thamb welcome to the community. Do you have the 'Priority' field on your Jira screen? If you have rights to change it, you should be able to click it and then select a different value.
When you create a work item, if you don't have it on your create screen, you can add it to that and set it as part of the creation of your work item.
