Hi, completely newbie here! I was asked to make a Dashboard in Jira, so I made a Filter and then the Dashboard. I shared both of them to my manager, by putting her as a editor in the dropdown.

She received an email with the filter and saved it to her filters. Then she went to Dashboards, and the one I created was there, but there weren't any content. It said that the filter was non existent or private.

I feel like is because she actually does not have access to my filter but to a copy of mine. But we don't know how to do it properly.

Can you guys help me?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Natalia Carrera , you indeed need to insurer that you share the filter with the user, and also share the dashboard. Please see the image below for the location. The Viewer is required.

Hi @Natalia Carrera

Check all the filters you have used on the dashboard and share those filters the same way as the dashboard itself.
