Hello everything is fine?
I am unable to create a dashboard for the following needs:
As I show in the print below, I have a project where each task is a specific activity and its subtask would be the actions necessary for delivery.
I would like to have a view in DASH of what status each subtask is in, referring to each task.
Hi @Jovanio ,
From my understanding, you would like to display sub-tasks on a dashboard, together with their current status and the parent name/link of each sub-task.
Would something like the following work? Create a filter to filter out only sub-tasks from a specific project(s). Next, add Filter Results gadget on a dashboard and add fields such as Status and Parent.
Once you save a filter, you can get something like this:
Where, within Summary column, you also have a link and a key to the parent issue.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tom
With just using native gadgets that are available in Jira, I don't think you'll be able to construct a view like that (which would contain everything from sub-tasks to Epics).
A view that you could configure by hierarchy levels and additional parameters is available within Jira Plans; although, that's only available in the Premium plan and is not a reporting tool per se.
Apart from that, and as Danut mentioned, you could check out Atlassian Marketplace for some reporting solutions that would, potentially, support your requirement(s).
Cheers,
Tom

Hi @Jovanio,
One option is to use the Filter Results gadget of Jira, as mentioned by @Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_.
Another option is to look for a plugin on Atlassian Marketplace that provides a gadget capable to display the issues in a tree structure along with their status.
If you are willing to try a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget that can display the tasks and their sub-tasks along with the status.
If you have Epics and Initiatives on top of the tasks, they will also be displayed. All you have to do is to configure the gadget with a JQL / filter that returns the issues (tasks + sub-tasks).
