Problems with proyectskey have disappeared from filters

Good afternoon, We had a problem with the dashboards and they have all been unconfigured. We have noticed that the filters that have associated have changed their projectkey by their project code number, what could have happened ?, how can we solve it? Thank you and greetings

It sounds like you might be seeing the bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-62386

However this bug documents how JIRA can change to use the project id number in the JQL filter itself.  It doesn't actually change the results of that filter.   So that likely explains how JIRA is using that filter.  But it doesn't explain how JIRA could cause the dashboards to be "unconfigured" as you mentioned.

There is a related bug in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-62419 that covers how pie charts can be affected by this first bug, perhaps this is more in line with the problem you are currently seeing?
