Project across several stages with each having plan/revised/actual dates

Hi,

I have multiple stages of a project with each stage having planned revised actual dates

With each stage having multiple tasks or sub-tasks

Some of the tasks across stages can go in parallel. And if any shift happens in any stage on revised dates, the subsequent stages revised dates should get shifted as well. Alert should also be triggered.

Is there any existing template to capture these or a way I can create a custom template to shoot this requirement. Any inputs would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Sathish - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I don't think there is an existing template for this, but it should be easy enough to set up. I would create an Epic for each Stage. Then you can link Tasks (or even Epics) to each other so that you can eventually create automation rules to handle the dates.
