Project configurator issue

Hello,

I use Project configurator V 2.0.1-J6 with jira V6.4.11

I’m trying to migrate a project confliguration only from staging to production and nothing happened when I’m loading xml file with or whitout applying changes.

As the project is using Xray issue types I don’t know if it the root cause or the version of plug in !!

It’s urgent fro us , as the staging will be erase soon.

Hello Rebecca,

Check first if the XML file to be imported exceeds the upload limit in your JIRA instance (usually this is 10 MB). See the issue PCP-220 for details.

If this does not solve this issue, could you send the XML file to our support account?
