Project select field but restrict the options according to permissions of that project

Hello,

I want to create a project picker field but I know the original field Jira provides does not allow restricting the options. Like if I change the create issue permission on a project and don't want people to create an issue to that project I want to be able to disable that option.

So I created a select list field, wrote an automation to update the options if I create a project the automation adds the project to options.

But if I change the permission it does not disables the options. Is there a way to do that?

Disable options according to the permission update?

Presently, there is no direct way to do this.
