Quick Subtasks For JIRA Plug-in

My use-case is, as a JIRA user I want to bulk create a subtask within multiple stories.

i.e. I have 60 stories across a few different epics ... I want to add a "QA Effort" subtask to all of them in one fell swoop.

Is that possible with this plug-in
