After reading this https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=253231607 it's clear that you cannot change the URL. BUT, is there any possibility of changing it? It's important for us, because we've changed the billing information.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Fabio,

Nic is indeed correct, there is currently no way of changing your URL. However there is a workaround to changing your URL.

You can create a new Trial instance, and then use the Backup Manager from JIRA and the Space Exports for each top level Space from Confluence to export your data, after which you re-import these into your new instance. The JIRA backup manager will copy over all your user data and logins.

Once all your data is present and confirmed you can cancel your old subscription and continue on with your new instance.

Cheerse,

Ivan.

Thank you both for your time.

Ivan, to much effort to do something so simple. I can't understand why Atlassian doesn't give us this option.

Thanks anyway!
