I have an issue with the Activity Timeline. It started recently but it is not being used.
Project and user information is does not sync.(I use an administrator account. And I use crowd Server)
1. User sync.
- There are 4 accounts in User Management.
- I set it as below, but it is not synchronized.
- Jira group also does not sync.
2. Project sync.
- Like user information, it cannot be synchronized.
How should I set it?
Please help.

Thanks for the question!
So this could occur due to the interruption in the Setup Wizard Synchronization.
All you need to do at this point is to go to ActivityTimeline Configuration (using Jira admin account)->Setup Wizard-> Go through the Setup Wizard process again and wait until the system fully synchronizes:
