Hi,

My team is currently utilizing an issue collector to turn customer support contact forms into JIRA tickets. We'd like to have all the issues coming through the contact forms to be automatically assigned an Epic link.

I can't seem to figure out how to do that in Jira's Issue Collector, any help?

I had issues as well and ended up using an automation task via JQL filter to assign the epic link when the issues were found. Although I am on server, I believe the concept will be the same for you on cloud.
