Hello,

I had migrate Jira Server to Jira Cloud. I restored a Jira server backup to Jira Cloud. All data is fine. But If I go to user profile, the worked on part is empty, but the user definitely have created, edited and commented issues for the last 90 days . Here is the screenshot:

Screenshot 2018-12-18 at 16.04.29.pngI would like to see the history for this user for the last 90 days. Is it possible?

Hi @Alexey Matveev,

This is a feature that exists only in Cloud. For performance reasons, the activity history is cached and not calculated from the data in Jira. The backup data from Jira Server does not include this cached information, and therefore it is expected that the "Worked on" panel will be empty following an import from Jira Server to Jira Cloud. This panel will be populate as soon as the users start generating activity in Cloud.

Best regards.
