I'm curious to know what a project looks like in Jira after you import a finished project from Microsoft.  Will any reports be available, task information, notes?  I'm currently looking at Ceptah and WBS Gantt-Chart plugins to help with this endeavor unless it's fairly easy to do with CSV file.

For WBS Gantt-Chart, you can check the following documentation to a better view of the fields that are imported from a Microsoft Project file to your Jira instance.

Yes.  Jira doesn't care whether a human types things in, it gets poked in over REST, or you import the data.

Reports are available, no matter how the data got into Jira.
