Agile Version Report gadget

We have a dashboard with a gadget on it called the Agile Version Report. It always displays a warning that says, "There are no issues in this version" even though the link to the version clearly shows there is.

 

I can't find this gadget's description in any of the documentation. Can anyone help me understand what it is and what it's supposed to do?

We use Fix Version.

There are least two versions in JIRA: Fix Version and Affect Version. Which of these are you using in your instance?
