Assistance HTTPS configuration

Hello,

I will need assistance on setting setting up HTTPS on our JIRA URL. So far I have installed the certificate and followed this support article.

Whenever I configure it for port 443 I lose enter a blank page.

Please contact me and point me to the right direction.
