AuthenticationFailedException during POP OAuth2.0 Test Connection

We're working on enabling OAuth 2.0 in Jira with IMAP, everything working great with Graph API created on Azure, we have an issue with POP Mail handlers while setting up mail handler connection with OAuth 2.0 Authorization will be successful but while testing connection we're getting Authorization Failed Exception

referred atlassian article POP scope already added in to the integration still getting error?

Does anyone experienced this similar issue on POP enabling OAuth 2.0
