Auto refresh of data on dashboard

Hi community,

 

Jira Service Desk does not seem to be able to auto-refresh dashboard data that my team is viewing on a tv screen connected to a notebook via HDMI cable.

Am I missing something...pretty basic functionality to see ticket updates in real-time or every few minutes via auto refresh dashboard??

 browser auto refresh add on

Hi Antony,

while there is no direct option to refresh your dashboard in specific time, you have got someoptions

 

1. you can use any browser auto refresh add on and use that to refresh your dashboard page. one such chrome add on is aptly named AUTO REFRESH.

2. you can view your dashboard as Wallboard in JIRA as well as set up a wallboard slideshow. you can find this option by going to three dots on top right (while you are on your dashboard) and then choose set up wallboard slideshow. you can then set up a cycle time in seconds.
