Automation Jira not sending an email

I'm currently using Automation addon for jira to create sub-tasks whenever I create a task. I would also like to send an email to a custom field (personal email). I tried to send an email but I cannot receive it on my mail client, but when I check the logs it says the email was sent.

My bad, I didn't change the sender email to be the same as the email configured in the  outgoing mail.

I removed your image that had your personal email.
